SIBCR Fringe and IDC Rate Change:
The SIBCR negotiated indirect cost rate for new grant submissions and grant resubmissions after 9/21/11 is 35%.
The current fringe benefit rate is 30.3%. Effective 10/1/11, the fringe benefit rate will change to 32.3% and will apply to SIBCR personnel on both current and future grants. (10/1/11)
