- Audited Financial Statements
- Revised Policy Manuals: The Policy Manual and the Employee Handbook have been revised please take some time to review both manuals.
- SIBCR Fringe and IDC Rate Change: The negotiated indirect cost rate between SIBCR and DHHS is 35.7% effective 5/18/09. This indirect rate should be calculated on modified total direct costs (MTDC) until further notice. The negotiated fringe benefit rate effective 10/1/09 is 31.3%.
- New Accounting Form:
