The mission of Seattle Institute for Biomedical and Clinical Research is to facilitate the research and educational programs conducted at the VA Puget Sound Health Care System, Seattle and American Lake Divisions. SIBCR strives to provide outstanding support to VA staff in their research, education and training endeavors to foster progress in biomedical, clinical, rehabilitative and health care services programs that benefit the nation’s veterans and the general public.
