Directions

VA location

Coming from the North On I-5:

  1. Take I-5 South to Exit 163A "Columbian Way" on the right.
  2. The off ramp splits to West Seattle or Columbian Way. Veer left onto Columbian Way.
  3. Merge into the far right lane.
  4. Proceed through the next two traffic lights.
  5. At the third light, veer left with the road and get ready to merge into the left turn lane about 500 feet ahead.
  6. At the next light, get into the left turn lane and turn left. This is the entry onto the hospital grounds. Spaces for visitors are available in Parking Lot E.

Coming from the South On I-5:

  1. Take I-5 North to Exit 163 "Columbian Way" on the right.
  2. Stay in the far right lane and you will merge onto Columbian Way and proceed up the hill.
  3. Proceed through the next two traffic lights.
  4. At the third light, veer left with the road and get ready to merge into the left turn lane about 500 feet ahead.
  5. At the next light, get into the left turn lane and turn left. Spaces for visitors are available in Parking Lot E.

Parking at Seattle VA Puget Sound is at a premium. Spaces for visitors are available in Parking Lot E.

Offices: We are located in building 7. This is the one story building (in the corner) on your right as you turn in from S. Columbian Way.

Warning: Please don't leave your valuables in your car in plain view and always lock your vehicle.

The VA Police may provide after hour escorts to parking lots, battery jump starts, vehicle unlocks, and in some cases flat tire assistance (limited to disabled persons). Please contact the VA Police at 206-277-3113.

Met Park West Location

Coming from the North on I-5:

  1. From I-5 south, take the Stewart Street exit (166) toward Denny Way.
  2. Merge onto Stewart.
  3. Turn Left on Minor.

Coming from the South on I-5:

  1. From I-5 north, take the Olive Way exit (166) on the right and turn a slight right onto Olive Way.
  2. Turn right onto Melrose Avenue.
  3. Turn right onto Pine Street.
  4. Turn right onto Boren Avenue.
  5. Turn right onto Olive Way.
  6. Turn left onto Minor Avenue.

We are located on the 9th floor, suite 940.
